Hmm, I’m not sure we leave time behind, only, perhaps, the meaning of time changes. Or possibly time becomes meaningless.

I’m not sure there’s any we after death at all… but if there is some huge Ground Source thing/place to which some part of we goes when we cease being, it probably has to be outside this universe and therefore at least outside time as we know it. So yes, meaningless. Much like trying to figure out what happens “after death”… 🙂
